Determining the Nature of your Needs

The engineering study enables us to analyze your needs and adequately meet the organization's requirements and expectations.

For existing systems, the engineering study:

  • Gives a current picture, including strengths and weaknesses
  • Identifies the optimization gap
  • Provides alternatives adapted to the customer's circumstances

For new equipment, the engineering study:

  • Analyzes the surface treatment needs
  • Performs sample testing
  • Recommends equipment and choice of abrasive, based on the selected process:
    • Descaling
    • Grit removal
    • Deburring
    • Polishing
    • Profiling
    • Steel preparation

Other potential types of studies:

  • Choice of abrasive based on the desired surface
  • Recovery system
  • Choice of turbine types and/or air blast
