SERVICE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Blast Cleaning System

The detailed status includes:

  • A thorough, 125-point inspection (or more based on the equipment). The operation covers the complete review of the following components:
    • Chamber/ Cabinet, 15-point inspection
    • Recovery system (good abrasive and bad abrasive), 15-point inspection
    • Media conveyor (pneumatic), 50-point inspection
    • Media blast system (turbine or nozzle), 20-point inspection
    • Parts feeding system, 30-point inspection
    • Mechanical components of the robot, 15-point inspection
  • The production of a detailed situation analysis report, along with photos, a complete quality assurance document. Specifically:
    • Drafting of a detailed report, based on the industry’s preventive maintenance program (PMP) schedule, providing a detailed analysis of the status of your blast cleaning system and describing the actions to be taken to prevent breakdowns and remedy/repair components in bad condition.
    • In this report, the customer is advised of urgent actions to take in terms of maintenance and repairs. A list of repairs to be made in the near future is presented. Finally, one section identify the aspects to be monitored in order to maintain the plant’s production objectives and surfacing standards based on a predetermined schedule.
    • Our professionals are able to repair or replace any damaged part and supply you with the replacement parts and instrumentation needed for the proper operation of your system. Using our fully equipped, state-of-the-art mobile workshops, we can resolve problems on site, quickly and efficiently.
