 The detailed status includes:

  • A thorough, 100-point inspection, including the detection and filling of leaks, a review of the cleaning system, of the jib bearings, ducts, anchoring, pulse system, etc. The operation covers the complete review of the following components:
    • Cabinet: cartridge, walls, roof, venturi, etc. – 15-point inspection
    • Pulse system: magnehelic, valve, humidity, etc. – 20-point inspection
    • Shaking system: eccentric shaft, pulley, etc. – 25-point inspection
    • Ventilator: motor, pulley, etc. – 25-point inspection
    • Aeraulic system – 10-point inspection
    • Rotating valves – 15-point inspection
    • And much more, including flow, temperature, current and vibration analysis
  • The production of a detailed report, along with photos, a complete quality assurance document. Specifically:
    • Drafting of a detailed report, based on the industry’s preventive maintenance program (PMP) schedule, providing a detailed analysis of the status of your dust collector and describing the actions to be taken to prevent breakdowns and remedy/repair components in bad condition.
    • In this report, the customer is advised of urgent actions to take in terms of maintenance and repairs. A list of repairs to be made in the near future is presented. Finally, one section identify the aspects to be monitored in order to maintain the plant’s production objectives and surfacing standards based on a predetermined schedule.
    • Our professionals are able to repair or replace any damaged part and supply you with the replacement parts and instrumentation needed for the proper operation of your system. Using our fully equipped, state-of-the-art mobile workshops, we can resolve problems on site, quickly and efficiently.
